TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the communication services provided by Dr. Bar, APC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Dr. Bar, APC. provides SMS communication services to keep our clients informed. Depending on the preferences you select on our website forms, you may receive:

  • Transactional/Non-Marketing Messages: Including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, clinical updates, and direct responses to your inquiries.

  • Promotional/Marketing Messages: Including special offers, new service announcements, and health & wellness updates.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For transactional updates, you can expect messages around the time of your scheduled appointments. For marketing updates, frequency is periodic and will not exceed 4 messages per month.

3. Opt-Out & Support

You have full control over your communication preferences:

  • To Opt-Out: Text STOP to our mobile number at any time. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4. Cost, Data Rates, and Carriers

  • Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy & Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. Your mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

6. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.
